How do I order?

When you see a card you like click the ‘buy’ button next to it – this will automatically add the card to your shopping cart. To continue shopping just use the back button on your browser – the card will remain in your shopping basket.
Once you have finished adding items to your basket click on ‘go to payments’ to take you to the ‘purchase details’ page. You will be asked to fill out your delivery details and payment options under the ‘purchase details’ heading.

the ‘payment options’ page is next – check the box next to your preferred payment method (eg cheque, credit card). Click on continue.

By credit card – you are transferred to Worldpay – fill in your card details and click ‘make payment’ – your order will now be complete – please make a note of your reference number.

By cheque/postal order – you will be transferred to a confirmation page. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to cardilicious and post to 23a Oakhill Court, Upper Richmond Road, London SW15 2QH. Please make a note of the reference number you are given.

How do I cancel my order?

If you are paying by credit card you click ‘cancel order’ on the final payment page. For all methods of payment you can cancel your order by getting in touch and letting me know this is what you would like to do. If I cannot fulfil your order I will inform you immediately and reimburse you.

When will my order be confirmed?

You will be sent an automated email when your order has been processed. This is your order confirmation and receipt.

How do I remove an item from my Shopping Basket?

the Shopping Basket has a quantity column – just adjust the number in here to ‘0’ and click ‘recalculate’ – the item will be removed.

How is my payment processed and is it secure?

All payments are processed SECURELY by Worldpay – CARDilicious! do not see your card details at all. Visit their website at www.worldpay.com.

What is your refund policy and Guarantee?

All refunds are processed by Worldpay. If you need to return the cards for any reason please do so within 14 days for a full refund (as long as the cards arrive in tact). This does not affect your statutory rights.

What happens if the cards are damaged in transit?

Cards will be replaced if they are returned within 14 days.

How are the cards dispatched?

All cards are sent by Royal Mail.

How long will it take to arrive?
Most orders for un-personalised cards are processed within 24 hours, and are dispatched using first class post. We do ask customers to allow 2-3 days for dispatch to avoid disappointment, though if orders need to be processed quickly just use the contact form to let us know.

How do I customise a card?

Choose the card, then tick the ‘customise this’ checkbox before proceeding to the shopping basket. On the following page you’ll be asked for your customise message – remember to keep it short as customise messages appear on the front of the card. Customised cards are non-refundable.

How much are the cards?

Most of the cards are £2.95, or we have a special offer of 4 card for £10, that is £2.50 per card.

How do I know the cards are good quality?

We use the finest materials for our cards to make sure customers are satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return the cards and get a full refund.

Do you ship to Europe and the USA?

Yes, once you’ve chosen your cards select your shipping destination in your basket and we’ll send them.
